A major life sciences company serving researchers and lab professionals had a fragmented customer experience. Disconnected online and offline channels. 10,000+ specialized products that were hard to discover. High dropout rates in the purchase funnel. The platform couldn't handle B2B complexity: localized pricing, regulatory compliance, and deep technical filtering.
